I'm neutered and a conehead...

This morning I had my neuter surgery. OK, so this wasn't my best day. I'm feeling sore and sleepy and I have to wear this plastic cone on my head to keep me from licking. Jenn says that I have to take it easy for a week. A week? Without dog park and playtime? You can't be serious. Well, I going to rest up so I will feel better.

Dear Royal,
Ruby and I have been thinking about you - Sandi told us that you were getting your surgery today.

You will feel better in no time, and your thinking will become clearer too! (and I hope you can get that satellite dish off your head)

It was fun running with you Saturday at playtime...and I think we did a great job at our first parade!

Your friend, Ayla

Royal,
I'm sure you'll be feeling better tomorrow. The cone is a pain but usually the people feel sorry for you so they give you extra food and attention. Enjoy that part while you can.

Oh the dreaded satellite dish. I am so sorry. I was spayed this past summer and it really wasn't so bad. I am sure that you will recover fast. But the now dog park is a drag. Get well soon so we can go back to our chase games.

Your friend,
Niamh

As someone who had to wear the dreaded cone for a LONG time last summer, I can sympathise! I'm a long-distance friend of Niamh's by the way. Nice to meet you!
